It sounds like this is definitely going to take a long time to hear and process. One point is that it will take too long to find the right people to get the right permissions. And another thing, what would they do if they can’t find the copyright holder nor the author? You got to work together and not fight over this. Your comments are welcome.

This is out right rediculous. If the countries who are at the top of the list like Canada don’t want to change, and they should be taken out of such things and not delbt with. It seems like they don’t want to change anything and they don’t want to comment on anything dealing with copyright. Your thoughts?
