New Complaints Filed Against Google in Europe – NYTimes.com.

Interesting. I wouldn’t say anything until I had enough facts to be honest. Even to contact a company to see what the deal is until I had facts to see if I could charge them if I felt necessary. Didn’t read the whole article, but still, even reading the first page, tells me this doesn’t make sense.

Judge Hears Arguments on Google Book System – NYTimes.com.

It sounds like this is definitely going to take a long time to hear and process. One point is that it will take too long to find the right people to get the right permissions. Format shifting, low damages put Canada on IP watch list

Format shifting, low damages put Canada on IP watch list.

This is out right rediculous. If the countries who are at the top of the list like Canada don’t want to change, and they should be taken out of such things and not delbt with. It seems like they don’t want to change anything and they don’t want to comment on anything dealing with copyright. Your thoughts?
