Good going, Verizon. This is how it should be done. Figure out what is going on, and determine if it will hurt subscribers and or help them. People should be educated about things, not taken over in court when they have simply not known what they’ve done, or if they knowingly did it, try to correct their ways. You have to prove someone did it, and an IP is not the way to go. It is only part of what needs to happen.
