Intuit Has Sent You an Email-Phishing Scam!

There are some very official emails that appear to come from from the accounting software company Intuit.
They contain a link and readers are encouraged to click them.

This is a scam called phishing and the purpose of the scam is to trick the reader of the email to divulge personal and financial information.
This one went viral yesterday.

Some links may take computer users to sites that may infected them with a virus.
This is a good reminder to keep anti-virus software up date and never click links in unsolicited emails.
