Freedom Scientific loses court case

Well, remember some years ago, we saw news that Freedom Scientific was sewing GW Micro because of the bookmark feature that Freedom put in jFW first? This Press Release from GW Micro talks about the dismissal of the case, they don’t go in to detail, but I’m sure that you can search for posts dealing with the suit. This is great news, the patent FS said GW claimed to be valid, is not a valid patent.
