Hello folks, have a Netflix account? I do, and I’ve talked about some of the movies I’ve watched there, but haven’t been there in quite awhile.
In the meantime, I was asked to close my Amazon account and have the one that someone else has in the family. If Netflix is successful, and Amazon does the same thing, I definitely don’t want any part of that.
An interesting stat from the linked article we’ll link to, 46 percent of passwords are shared without the original person’s knowledge.
I’m not one to share passwords, not unnecessarily anyhow. If I do, its with group of people I work with and in something like Dropbox where the shared folder is the way its done.
I know that there are more secure ways like using a password manager like Lastpass, but most people I work with probabaly don’t have it, so this is the next best thing.
Today, Kim Komando’s staff have the article Do you share a Netflix account? Not for long and if you do share passwords to your account, you definitely want to read this. I hope this finds you well.
