I’ve seen articles talking about blue sky. Its a new social media platform that works similarly to Mastodon but its still being developed as part of the fedaverse.
It recently got a block list, and Mastodon has one too. But Elon Musk is now yapping about getting rid of the block button. He says that it is costing him $$$ (lots of money) on the server bill for the block list.
Question for those who run servers like Mastodon servers, does it cost money on your bill to have us have a block list? I’ve had to block several on Mastodon myself.
