Tech hurting our bodies

Hello folks,

Trying to catch up on things, and I found this item about how tech hurts our bodies. Sitting of course is one of the biggest problems. What I do is try to get up at least once an hour, and move around a little bit.

Looking down at your phones if you’re sighted to read texts and the like leads to a specific new condition that is talked about too.

The final thing is listening to loud music. Iphones can warn us when we’ve been listening too long, but Android doesn’t have that luxury right away. It takes one of two apps which are linked.
