Some of the apps may steal cryptocurrency wallets, as well as other pieces of information including credentials.
If you have Android, make sure you turn on Google Pllay Protect. It at least is better than nothing, this setting should warn you if there is a problem.
There is a list of four applications, one of them an app for football watching or listening.
Remember to use a trusted app like Sirius XM, Tune In, Iheart or some other TV app that offers sports that is provided by your TV provider. One such app for watching sports is Yahoo Sports, they give you teams to follow and you can watch games.
