The Register says: Adobe PDF engine coming to edge browsers soon

According to Microsoft switches Edge’s PDF reader to pay-to-play Adobe Acrobat which I spotted through Mastodon, it seems like the default PDF manager will be replaced with Adobe and it seems to be programmed to be harder for actors to abuse it.

There are linked things from within this article and it was a boosted post by one of my followers.

The default engine was already accessible to us who use edge, but we know that Adobe has been around a long time so it could even be better.

I personally don’t use edge, but I have it around.

Feel free to check this article out if you use it. Found it interesting.
