Going through Mastodon, we’re learning that the FBI has been targeted for the second time in two years.
This law enforcement agency is the only agency to my knowledge that helps NCMEC on exploitation cases when it comes to children and the internet. In fact, I did hear that NCMEC is the only agency besides the FBI who would investigate these things to collect such images.
Tech Crunch’s article is titled FBI confirms it’s investigating a cyber incident on its own network and was posted on the 17th.
