This is going to get exciting, isn’t it? At least $2,,000 people have been laid off at Twitter. I believe there was no reason for it except for Mr. Musk to save money. You can’t take Twitter to court, or could you for wrongful termination?
According to what was signed, the employees must file arbitration and that is exactly what they’ve done. Twitter is now bitching at the fact that they have still 1800 plus filings to do as some were done differently.
Tech Dirt covers this, and Mike does a great job covering this better than I can. I understand what he’s saying but writing it is going to be something else.
