Interesting thought, could Elon Musk be sued under the ADA for removing headlines off of Twitter?

We know that its been reported that Elon will be removing headlines from Twitter, now known as X. This boost I saw today is going to make the legal field question.

The boost says:

AlmaTy: Boosting G??o J (itsjustgenoj): The steady decline of X/Twitter is truly disappointing. I’m noticing now that Musk feels it’s more important to keep people on his social media platform by removing headlines from links? This has lawsuit all over it by the ADA. He’s already in trouble with the SEC and FTC. I guess he enjoys throwing money away?

If it is against the American’s with Disabilities act that Twitter removing headlines is a violation, than let the lawsuits commence.

I don’t know the law that well, and I know my dad wrote a book on it and there is definitely books on the topic.

I do know that it’s going to make it very interesting and the actors who are still on Twitter will love this. Most of the time they tell you to visit a link with no explanation on where it goes. It could be a short code, or it could be a legitimate link to some other domain.

We’ll talk more about these types of things on TSB and on Throwback this next week.

Bring it on, Mr. Musk! Lets see who wins. Maybe he already has a lawsuit because he got rid of the accessibility team? How accessible is the platform and app anyway?
