Meta is suing the FTC because they aren’t getting their way. In Meta sues FTC, hoping to block ban on monetizing kids’ Facebook data, they’re saying that the 2020 ruling can be reheard and hopefully in their favor if I’m even understanding this whole thing.
We already know that Facebook, now known as Meta, wants to monotize on everything and everyone. They forget about the Coppa law which they’ve violated which got them in to this mess already.
