Black Basta has a new decrypter, only works with earlier versions

Bleeping computer is reporting that there may be a decrypter that people can use to decrypt their files. New Black Basta decryptor exploits ransomware flaw to recover files was written on the 30th.

We’ll have to see if people who were targeted can use this tool which was developed by researchers.
