POPCNT is popular count, something I’ve never heard in computing and MBEC has to do with memory integrety.
This ars article titled Windows 11 24H2 goes from “unsupported” to “unbootable” on some older PCs goes in to detail on this new change tht is being tested as part of 24h2.
It is unclear to me if this thing is in beta, or still in alpha, I assume its in beta as a user commented that this version of windows doesn’t boot.
Probably a good idea I just stay on 10. I may have to go to 11 one day, but I don’t even know if I’d have this problem, and its something we need to be concerned about.
