An online privacy protection act?

Cybernews is reporting that a bill which we’ve been wanting for some time now is now in Congress.

It would pretty much reign in the companies who think that it is OK to collect all of our data just because they can.

The GDPR is supposed to do this in Europe and companies have been fined, but it doesn’t seem to do much more than levy fines.

Important online privacy protection act presented in Congress is the article and while the senate and house hav it, I doubt it’ll go very far.

Nobody in Congress really understands how the internet works, and while some might, we have nothing.

Incogni sounds like a great company to have on our side, but even from the article I read, their hands are also tied.

We’ll discuss Incogni on a later podcast.

If you’ve seen this article, what have you thought of it?
