This is very interesting. I know I got a notice many years ago from one radio station to not broadcast them on mine, and yes I had been listening to them at the time. But this takes a different spin on legal things altogether.
This article by 404 media is quite interesting and worth the read. The article is titled A ‘Law Firm’ of AI Generated Lawyers Is Sending Fake Threats as an SEO Scam which talks about various stories of email received by different people and the investigations uncovered.
The fact that numbers were disconnected when called should be proof enough. Don’t think I’ve seen anything like this before.
While this was an older story, its definitely something worth sharing.
