I could in theory put this in our show notes and leave it at that, but this is too good of an article to pass up blogging.
While not necessarily tech related besides the name Cyber truck, this suspect didn’t really have much to stand on.
While identified as Corey Cohee who lives in the state, the article says he’s got no criminal record besides the theft charge. But it also states that he had no drivers license.
While you could carry a license digitally now a day, the fact he didn’t have one could possibly give him some problems.
The other thing is, did the owner of the truck use the application to bring the truck to a hault when they knew that the police were on to the suspect, or did this guy just give up?
