Of course, the article indicates that the company claiming that this isn’t true and they talk about what they’re doing for keeping children safe on the platform.
The company has been sued in recent times for violations.
If they have made changes, why are other agencies suing the company behind TikTok? The company indicates that this is thanks to old practices that they aren’t doing now.
I call bull, especially since the deadline is looming for the U.S. ban on the app.

P.S. Justice Department sues TikTok, accusing the company of illegally collecting children’s data was found on KNX’s web site, and I meant to blog it when I saw it.
