Hello gang,
Windows needs updating, and while I’ve not read every single article, Bleeping Computer has a few of them including Microsoft October 2024 Patch Tuesday fixes 5 zero-days, 118 flaws which I did read.
This particular article even covers other vendors who have patches out.
I did not read Windows 11 KB5044284 and KB5044285 cumulative updates released which probably appeared today.
Another I didn’t read is Windows 10 KB5044273 update released with 9 fixes, security updates.
Brian Krebs also does a great job with his articles on Windows Update. Patch Tuesday, October 2024 Edition is his article for this month.
This one I always look forwarding in reading but haven’t gotten there yet.
When its your turn, its a good idea to reboot to get these updates installed. Stay safe!
