Besides us talking about EncryptHub recently, they are apparently taking advantage of more zero-days in some that is called MMC attacks.
The article from Bleeping Computer goes in to detail on this, and this months patch tuesday fixes what was found.
This is absolutely crazy, but probably not surprising.

I had a hunch they were probably not done and that it would be something to watch and it seems like I’m right so far.
