CISA reverses course, funds Mitre for another year

Another item that caught my attention was the fact that Mitre’s work was going to be discontinued and I saw this article. They are responsible for the CVE program and something they call the CWE program.

This is also part of Sans and is in great detail; so don’t worry if I don’t break this down.

We know that CISA has their own issues, but one of the things we’ll find out is that it got done, and something else got created to assist so that funding does not lapse.
