23andMe baught for $256 million

A pharmasutical company Regeneron. This is a company I’ve never heard of, but they claim to want to follow what the company has done with regards to privacy and security.

This gives Regeneron more data for research, and apparently they hold 3 million already, so what is another 12?

I don’t exactly know what I think about the whole deal, I know that I saw a LinkedIn story on this some time ago, and this is the first article I’ve seen.

23andMe and its customers’ genetic data bought by a pharmaceutical org will be your article.

This may be the biggest news of the century, so pay attention to this one if you have data up there.
