This article from Malwarebytes is quite interesting. This is not about which operating system is better, but what one does with each.
Lots of statistical things like whether one just gives out a number or direct messages with a company on social media.
Other aspects include password habits, purchasing items from unknown sources, whether one uses security software and more.
As for the security software, I’m not saying that Iphone is any safer than Android, but for my purposes and the purposes of those that read and participate here, accessibility of software which includes security software would have to play a part.
I wonder how many piecees of software are accessible on either platform?
We have to remember, the majority of software is made for the average user, and we are not accounted for within these surveys.
Companies like MalwareBytes need to keep in mind this community. Malwarebytes is accessible on the PC. Is it via android or IOS?
iPhone vs. Android: iPhone users more reckless, less protected online is the article.
Let’s discuss.
