Fake texts from BMV, DMV still plague us

Looking at the newsletter for Malwarebytes, we’ve got a scam that seems to be making a comeback by the name of bureau of motor vehicles as wellas the department of motor vehicles.

In the sample that is given, teltail signs are clearly obvious like September 10nd or October 9st as examples.

In the indicators of compromise section of the article, your typical types of domains like .shop, .top and .icu are used instead of your traditional domain for these sites.

Fake Bureau of Motor Vehicles texts are after your personal and banking details goes in to more details on what you need to be looking for.

Yes, even those of us who are disabled are getting these. Please get familiar with what to look for so you can spot these and not be taken advantage of.
