Hi all.
So the big news is that yet again windows is trying to remove more and more local account creation runs.
This is a bit silly because lets face it I don’t want an ms account out the box.
Later for my apps, fine, encrypted drive?
no.
Anyway current tricks are to set your birthday to the current date and since babies and laws for young users are not something ms wants to bother with that may work.
Rufus still works, and a few other things.
You could get pro and have a business account.
You could always load an old build of windows then run a new build but whatever.
Its only an issue with new installs to be honest.
One thing is for sure.
My first attempt to get this working on my new windows build will be to get all the drivers for my current box and load windows from rufus created binaries on my new one when that happens.
I don’t see any reason as a home user with ms account.
On the other hand, I can create an ms account, then a pin which can be a word then use that word to login to my spaciffic workstation without using ms account directly.
That and of itself is actually cool.
I have my internal password for my workstation saved on and for that workstation only and I can use it to log onto my box with that system without knowing my ms password.
Of course the disadvantage of that is if my remote got hacked then all changes to ms account online for that station and others could be done with that simple word but you would have to get that first.
Update wize, dropbox 134 is out and mozilla stuff will probably release next week.
Office has another out of banned update before security update run next week and after all its bluster on the 141 series chromium systems are yet again having another round of updates to their build numbers.
I am personally testing a new science fiction game website address for that and everything else is.
https://zosma80.github.io.
Plenty of randomness here.
Still testing wicked quest off and on by storm productions also on git and itch.
For the last 2 days the storms have been bad but lets hope today and tomorrow are reasonable.
