Here’s some net neutrality stuff

I’m on Ars, and saw this article talking about Net Neutrality. The whole goal is to give low income folk a chance to have high speed Internet and I support it. But with all of these supposed changes, who knows what’s going to happen with the program talked about here in this article.

I’ll let you read the article instead of me taking this apart, because I don’t really understand this that clearly.
