Well, I know its been quite awhile since we’ve blogged here, although I know Shaun has.
Now, its time to let you know while I’m looking at things to blog about that X is getting fined again.
This time, its a new EU law titled the DSA.
This stands for the Digital Services Act.
Basicly, they are not following certain things that the law requires, and they say the blue checkmarks are not all cracked up to be what they actually mean. This is because they can be purchased now, which we did say will mean nothing as blue checks were supposed to be for verified accounts.
EU fines X $140 million over deceptive blue checkmarks is going to be your article.
