windows 11 and ai rewrite?

According to articles on winaero and elsewhere like thisone.
https://winaero.com/ai-written-pull-requests-contain-nearly-twice-as-many-critical-issues-research-shows/
and this one
https://winaero.com/microsoft-targets-full-c-c-retirement-through-ai-assisted-rust-migration/
present a bit of a problem with the system.
Microsoft wants to rewrite its system in rust which should give less errors by 2030.
It also appears it may eventually want to have ai write the os.
While I am not against this completely, one of the articles states that ai still has massive mistakes in security and logic though you’d think it the other way and human programmers in fact only make minor mistakes.
Articles go along and say that windows phone activations are no longer being used either.
There is a load of people against the ai system because well microsoft and its reputation, no need to push that on an ongoing course as we already know.
I am not against ai, and certainly ai taking control is the next step.
I’ve even said it, if the machine can handle things better than us then they should be in control.
Emotion is an issue, its not always the best tool but at the same time without it you are also in a bind.
I have often wandered then if machines could develop their own emotion.
By the rules of the universe there is probably a reason they couldn’t then there is nothing to suggest that this is not possible or could be in fact possible either way.
There is a lot of anger against ms and the ai and the added stuff.
And while I wouldn’t go for an appless simple desktop windows, since I do use a bunch of the supposedly extra bloatware myself I am concerned that once again microsoft is pushing the agenda of writing based on the current ai standard.
Its generally known that ai often sees things that don’t exist mainly because of errors in modles and database errors.
Now geeks scifi and otherwise understand this but the genral public gets scared and that is understandable.
We are pushing this stuff way to hard and fast to make it any real good.
The fact microsoft is saying all this and with its push to its own agenda aint helping its cause neither.
I’ve been looking at windows 10 and its pending end of support this year and even looking at a new system.
Trouble is after configuration of some system components in 11 and the same in 10 I have reduced my processer load and fan usage massively.
And this is with my 2nd amd r5 cpu.
I wouldn’t get rid of ai, its here to stay and anyone else that thinks differently can suck my johnson however thats becides the point.
As long as this fast paced push continues the fear will grow and that will potentially screw us over in the short to medum and maybe even long term.
However if the ai system could write an os and it would work, without all the issues, could it then write dna?
Could our computers be then geneticly created.
If so I’m uploading myself to the matrix and leaving this human mortal shell in the dust.
I have others in the family with health issues that would be happy to get upgraded if they could.
But this aint the utopian scifi junk.
I wouldn’t put it on earth as a destopian future exactly but the way we are pushing it and the way cash is being spent we will probably burst the ai bubble, blow half the world and go bankrupt before we really get anywhere.
I constantly have a dream of a system which is an organicly constructed machine able to create life and repair it internally in its womb but also to have emotion and yet the speed and power of a computer, and inteligence, space ships, a startrek like universe and everyone is mostly happy.
Thats obviously a dream because as usual us stupid fucking apes are moving just to fast for our own good and if we had tails they would have lost them by now.
Its more likely that we will lose this planet due to climate issues, nuke ourselves then the bubble will bust and then it will be the next thing because even if we do crash out we will survive probably.
Meanwhile this ai push is going to really screw things over.
A lot of articles tell us to switch to mac and linux and while I wouldn’t do it on account of the fact most of us use windows and also I have a bunch of stuff purchiced for the os, if I could travel back in time to when I went windows I would probably make sure I never brought into windows as a new user.
I certainly will not be upgrading to 11 unless I have no choice.
Thats my rant for today anyway.
