Hi.
There are several bugs in windows.
1. if you still use the old pop system and use microsoft outlook, the new web app I suspect not office but watch in office just in case to in classic.
Anyway there is a bug that prevents the thing from closing down and microsoft has no real idea just yet why it hangs about in memmory after exiting.
there are also some certification errors but not much is known.
Next if you are an enterprise user with the software guard feature loaded you may be noticing that the system does not turn off and reboots itself.
Its recommended you run shutdown from command line.
Of course if you don’t need software guard I’d just kill it and your probably will solve that issue.
There are reports of a lot more settings, dialogs and such modernised with dark mode.
I can see a solution to all these issues.
1. remove software guard unless you need it for your business that is.
2. if this is outlook web only use outlook classic or thunderbird or something else and don’t go back to using that obviously broken app again.
My dad uses outlook classic and he is fine.
Look I get it, if you like me have 1 device and like the simple life, pop is your friend.
If you have multiple devices you should go imap anyway.
At least this stuff is fixable if you don’t meet the conditions of the break then you won’t have a problem.
Most units unless you have certain things loaded won’t meet the conditions.
And for those of us wrebbels on windows 10 dispite the bastard trying to move us along, this is another reason we say go fuck yourself you fucking bastardial cunt!
The issues don’t apply to us I guess if we used software guard and enterprise but I bet a lot of us don’t.
As things go on and so on I find it nice to know that with all the issues facing 11 users, while we are not secure we are stable.
And sorry, for a home user, sewhen its stability and being able to logon to play games and check mail security isn’t top of the list.
Now if you are on business maybe it is.
Saying that as long as the thirdparty stuff stays active and it will probably do to at least 2030 when all support dropps I don’t see a problem here.
By then we will probably have to update due to the death of our systems.
At least we can turn a blind eye so to speak till october this year.
After that office 2021 and windows will no longer be secure so we may have to make the choice.
However its worth noting that a lot of stuff that works on 11 will work on 10.
And even if it says it needs 11 unless it strictly inforces it its likely we will be able to continue.
Now I’d imagine microsoft will get its way eventually but maybe we will be on 12 and maybe it will be better.
And if that fails there are tweaks.
Now the systems I use are all standard configurations but I have tweaked my system to run how I wish it and there has not been a problem.
One thing that makes us stable is since microsoft doesn’t update our feature set nothing changes for us tenners.
Look if you need to go up or want to or are even forced to, once you have switched over I wouldn’t necessarily go back, if your system meets assimilation parameters then go forth and get added to the collective.
For myself and a lot of us that don’t meet strict assimilation protocols while we can manually adapt, unless we need to or whatever I just wouldn’t bother.
Eventually we may have no choice.
After all there is no reason to stay outside the matrix unless like me you were never truely accepted to the machines.
I have accept this and while sure it can be a little boring, I know externally reality is semi stable.
Though that doesn’t mean I won’t get in I’ll do it at my own pace or if I must.
