So I’m reading this article entitled: Podcasting Community Faces Patent Troll Threat; EFF Wants to Help and this is not looking good. This is effecting all podcasters and I believe they must read this one. I may bring this up on the podcast network as a whole, and I’ll point to this post. My thoughts? At least for me, Magnatune allows me to use their music any way I want. The fact I use their music, put my files together in to one file and call it a podcast does not seem to me to be a patent as anyone can do it including Twit and other networks out there. Please pass this along, this is not looking good.
