Here is some breach stuff I’ve found as of late
I’m a little behind on posting, but I thought I’d come by and tell you what I’ve been reading and what attracted me reading wise in the breach department.
- Sprint Exposed Customer Support Site to Web This may go under the accidental but stupid moves. How can you accidently expose a web site like that?
- Wawa Breach May Have Compromised More Than 30 Million Payment Cards We’re only close to a month in, and we’re finding that joker stash is at it again, selling breached cards from last year’s massive dumps of stolen data. We shouldn’t keep our guard down.
- Zoom squashed a bug that left private meetings unprotected I’ve not read this yet, but this goes under the topic of updates and patches. Will people go ahead and patch when its time for them to do so? I definitely want to read this one.
Of course, there may be more, but thats been the particulars of things that caught my attention. only the last item I’ve not read yet, but boy, if this is only the beginning of the year, I don’t want to have any idea what will be coming later.
