According to Mark at bankrate who sent this article some time ago, you can safely handle cash. While we should continue to practice the best ways of keeping ourselves safe, right now, we can’t say if cash is a spreading mechanism for this problem we’ve got right now.
The article goes in to detail on how we should use online tools where possible, and that can depend on how people feel towards online tools and their familiarity of it.
