We already have a big problem when it comes to the news and technology as a whole. I’ve talked about this on podcasts and could have blogged it as well.
Now, news is coming out that artificial intelligence will soon be bringing the news to us? Every time I hear the news, its somewhat bad and in my opinion, depressing. Why would I want to hear the news from an AI being instead?
According to cord cutter news, put up on Mastodon, they ask the question whether we’re ready for this to be the case. China, according to the article, is already doing this. But China is also using their human counterparts to do other things like hacking and the like.

Have you seen this? I’m not sure what to think at this point. I hardly watch the news as is, makes me not want to watch it more than I must.
We need to get the tech news out there and news doesn’t do a great job doing this already. I would hate to see it drop completely because AI has no idea of what is going on.
