This is quite interesting. I guess Drive has had a very interesting issue of losing files. According to a recently posted article, Google has locked all support form posts about this issue, and they aren’t doing anything to help their customers.
Should this be surprising? Drive is used by consumers like you and I, as weel as business customers who store all their files there they need for convenience.
