The NSO group’s powerful spyware, Pegasus: used in Poland, confirmed in meeting

Earlier, I about Let Me Spy, a Polish spyware maker was shut down. While searching to see if we covered the possibility of the NSO group’s Pegasus being in poland, I found two podcasts but that wasn’t what I was specificly looking for.

Today’s article talks about the fact that there is a new Prime Minister in Poland, and the meeting is to tell the president (or misister) about the alledged abuses of this very dangerous tool.

We’ve been talking about Pegasus well before the Security Box’s weekly show, and it seems like it isn’t going away.

The last time we talked about Pegasus, they were apparently in India with that government neither denying it or confirming it. In podcast 153 we talked about Bold Spy, Pegasus and the whole lot.

We also talked about the NSO group and the fact it wasn’t going anywhere.

I knew at some point that we would continue to see news about this dangerous program and its illegalities (if that’s even a word) and we are.

Today’s article comes from ABC news and is titled Poland’s PM says authorities in the previous government widely and illegally used Pegasus spyware for your perusal.

NSO, we’re still watching. We have not forgotten.
