According to the article I spotted on Mastodon, the NSO group must turn over information about their dealings between 2018-2020. The thing the NSO group did win was the release of customer data, but the article says that it’ll be this way for now.
We’ve covered the NSO group for many years on this blog and podcast, and while the NSO group has a partial win, we know they’ve been embroiled in lots of stuff through the past few years.
