Let’s talk about your car … its still collecting data

Our friend who writes the book “Your Face” is back with an open article on the New York Times.

This is titled Automakers Are Sharing Consumers’ Driving Behavior With Insurance Companies and was an interesting read.

The issue is this. How are car owners supposed to do when they do look at screens, and one says that their data isn’t shared without their consent. This is why people are confused.

I did talk at length about Jenny’s research that is also linked within this article and I believe TSB talked about this at great length.

In any case, I won’t pull apart this article because there’s a lot to unpack. But what I will do is let you all read it after TSB is complete. I read this on the 19th of March, and while there are several headings, the article in full should be read.

I believe that Security Now for this week is also talking about this from a note I saw from Steve on Twitter.

We’ll be in touch! Thanks so much for reading!
