If you’re still using X, formerly known as Twitter, better take a good read on X will let people you’ve blocked see your posts/ from the Verge.
I’ve blocked people who were blatent spammers and or possible problems where it came to potential scams or outright problems with what I look for with following foller ratios.
So now, these people can see whatever I post, an if they are the harassing type, I can be harassed without any recourse.
Elon has always hated the block button, says the article, but now, it’ll be there for only direct messages.
I blogged about this in an earlier blog So … its official: Now we must say bye bye to the block button which mentions that the accompanying article would be the second time he mentioned he would remove the block button.
But now, instead of removing the button, it’ll pretty much be as useless as just not having it.
While I don’t use X anymore, I follow accounts I must get updates on, because of things I follow.
I think I’ll be sending this latest article to my group. This can’t be good now.
