windows 11 25h2 is rtm

Though not exactly released official files are up.

These also include the enablement packages for the system from the update catalog.
Usually I’d tell everyone to wait the week or so before they go golden but as this is just an enablement for those on 24 then I’d just go get it if you can.
Also for those that doodle round dotnet 10 is at rc1 which means for those that want it to be downloaded go and get that.
Its an lts (long term support) and is rc which is go live so its supported and can be installed.
I have done this ahead of schedual so when it finally goes golden I can just let it update itself.
I will probably get new installers when it does go golden but as the system will update itself once loaded thats fine.
More ai systems are added to windows 11.
Also video wallpapers.
A small note, drm stuff doesn’t work right now mainly videos with high def, but the issue maybe fixed.
A little note.
At least with my lenovo I had to reapply a dotnet 3x update and also install one of the intel modules.
Luckilly lenovo vantage and windows update respectively had the right packages and everything is running as it should.
I have not noticed much difference to be honest, but at least that is all done.
I then downloaded and made a custom rufus image and its all done now.
