Microsoft backlash on windows 11

Hi all.
Well microsoft did you expect anything else?
Us users want control.
We do not mind the features but lets face it.
Hay copilot.
Firstly why would we say an unnatural word phrase to start our ais.
Its not even classy.
Next we have used windows in desktop mode for ages and ages.
I am my self going through a user that wants to shift various bits of software over to a new windows account and just about everything is getting confused between the old and new one.
The system admin is still the older one.
Yes some stuff can be transfered and synced but the rest well.
Technically shifting shouldn’t be a proble but just about everything will have to be reloaded for the transfer.
One advantage of my offline account is that I don’t have to shift everything over.
Its at the stage where the user needs to decide where he is going.
Just about everything for his subscriptions are on 1 account and a bunch is on another.
So he will have to buy subs for his other account, cancil the other sub on the other account, transfer everything over, clear the other, rerun or at least reinstall most of his software and shift over his files.
All of this is so he can have different email addresses for certain things.
He can also duel run things.
The advantage with me on local is I don’t have to fuck with my apps, my os, or anything.
I don’t have data all over the place and I don’t have any real issue its just the programs I need to shift over.
And it looks like I am not alone.
There are a lot of us at least a billion that are still on windows 10.
Half of them can’t upgrade due to incompatability.
The rest of us can update but choose not to do so.
As I have said many a time.
I turn on my computer.
The computer starts up.
The interface works.
The shell mostly works.
I can freely move about.
I don’t have all the issues 11 has.
I don’t have disk incryption which has its bunch of issues I don’t want or actually need as a home office user.
I don’t have ms ai which lets face it isn’t what us standard users care for.
Its not a replacement either.
Point is, we users are being force fed this weather we want it or not.
This is the key.
The features and settings may be good, but this is overshaddowed with the fact we are being treated like babies here.
We want control here.
Give us back what we had in windows 10 from local accounts to the background panel in settings to the taskbar controls with notifications area.
We do not need this extra wokeish upgrades.
We just need our systems to boot and our systems to run.
We want our systems to stay secure, sure but have you noticed that a lot of the updates are for servers and business users anyway?
I even knows in the industry that will be staying on windows 10 for a while.
There are multiple sales for windows 11 pcs and yes even I have been tempted by system updates but here is the thing.
We really don’t need the upgrade if everything is working.
My dream machine with its second drive and extra ram works.
The cpu is not the latest but it runs.
I turn it on.
It starts with its customised startup.
The old ccleaner 6.3 portable just works.
I don’t need the extras.
Edge and chrome are loaded as extras and firefox is the default as is thunderbird.
Everything else just works and thats the way I like it.
Even if I get another system, I am tempted to have a windows 10 system for all the media and videos and maybe the games.
The other box will be 11 for obvious reasons.
Then again who knows.
Bottem line.
For us old users, we have gotten used to using the board to access the systems.
Now granted, the ai will have its uses but for basic opps I don’t know.
