This week we’ll be releasing podcast 131 of the podcast. The main topic is a phishlabs article titled QBot Campaigns Overwhelmingly Lead Reported Payloads in Q4 which is over a month old at the time we’re covering it.
QBot lead the way with 94.46 of reported volume. BitRAT (the b and the wole word rat are capitalized) was 0.57% of volume and Dridex braught up the end of the top three.
As the paragraph under Dridex says:
Other malware varieties reported in Q4 were Agent Tesla, Emotet, Formbook, and LokiBot.
This probably means that its less than the 0.57% of each of the ones in this field.
The article was interesting to cover, and we do have a few quoted paragraphs were we feel it is necessary.
We’ve got at least two morons of the podcast, if you can count them 2, and we’ll see what else the program has to offer.
The program airs on The Independent Channel on February 15th at 11 am PT, 1 PM CT.
You can also join me on Clubhouse, the event is in the calendar or through the Jared Rimer Network club.
Hope to see you then!
