Lots of questions in regards to Montana ban of TikTok

As I look to try and catch up on Mastodon, this Washington Post article Montana can ban TikTok, but it probably can’t enforce it asks the questions that should really be asked when it comes to this law.

I recently blogged about this as there are more questions than answers. With VPN software like Express VPN and Nord VPN as two runner ups, how would you make sure people are following the law?

From what I’ve heard, I agree that TikTok should be banned, as it has been known that it allows these so-called challenge videos that could in theory hurt people if not kill them.

As discussed within the article, the app stores are not equipped to do this, and the operator would have to geofence it like I wrote in my first post on this.

So, I still ask, how is this going to work?
