Ultra AV is something I’ve never heard of. This is the application people will be using now going forward if you’ve had Kaspersky on your machine.
While Kaspersky could’ve been more forthcoming on exactly what was going to happen, I give them credit on doing what they thought was the right thing.

I still think that this is bad news, and a disgrace to antivirus choice.
