I saw this tweet that linked to this article titled Musk apologizes for mocking and firing Twitter exec with muscular dystrophy.
When I read this article title, it absolutely angered me. You’re told something that you happen to believe, and you claim that they aren’t doing any work?
People with disabilities do work differently. Just because the guy mentioned in the article lost the use of his hands means that he types differently.
I’m still waiting for Musk to bring back the accessibility team which he fired. He doesn’t understand anything disability related and that is my honest opinion.
I deal with two people who are in wheelchairs. None of them have much use with their hands, but they are involved in quite a lot and one won some competitions.
While the goal is to make this tech related, I can say that I have a disability. I’m blind myself.

The picture above was taken when I was at a party. I’m like every one else. I just do things differently, just like the guy in the article linked here. He’s very successful and this type of article angers me.
I don’t understand how someone who is supposed to be the CEO of a company can make this type of mistake and claim that they aren’t working. Is he then going to say that the accessibility team didn’t do anything for the company either?
What about getting rid of captions and other things he’s done to make it harder for people with disabilities to use the platform you’re trying to destroy?
I’m curious to hear from this community about this article. It was well written, and Elon Musk has some explaining to do with the actions that have been made public.
Do make it a great day folks, we’ll write again very soon!
